Please use our order form for individual orders and send it to us by post or fax or email. Please fill out all contact fields and note that the delivery address for mail or parcel service must be accessible. For inquiries please include a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
For individual orders from final customers in Germany or other countries of CEE, prices inclusive 19 % german VAT are valid. Free of german VAT are customers in EFTA-countries (f.e. Switzerland) or outside of CEE. In payment is done in advance, we grant a 3% discount(not offered for 5pc-pack of spare filters). If you want to use it, please note it on the order. Then you will first receive an order confirmation and we ship the goods immediately after the receipt of the payment. In other respects, our general delivery, payment and warranty terms and german laws are valid, unless otherwise is agreed in writing.
